A gorgeous London topaz framed by a halo of dazzling white spinels create a spectacular Edwardian revival ring. Hallmarked for 1967 the gemstones are held aloft in a lovely basket setting with romantic heart motifs all the way around. The topaz is a beautiful shade of bright cornflower that is particularly striking. Stepped golden shoulders and a slender band complete this extremely attractive antique style ring.
Topaz, the birthstone for December, is a symbol of love and affection, and is said to aid sweetness and disposition. Spinels from the Greek word for spark need no further explanation! Just a beautiful ring all round, perfect as an alternative engagement ring, it is bound to bring compliments.
