A lovely quality all original 1920's floral "carved jade" silver dress clip. This incredibly detailed jazz baby beauty is as attractive from the back as it as from the front and just oozes Art Deco sophistication and elegance.
Made out of rhodium plated sterling silver (so it is non-tarnishing) it features a moulded green Czech "Peking" glass cabochon in the centre framed by rose cut marcasite stones and paste (glass) "emeralds".
This piece is in wonderful antique condition with the stones securely set and super sparkly. The clip at the back is nice and tight and grips securely. It is not marked and we have acid tested and confirmed that it is sterling. It measures 1-1/2" tall, 1" wide (4x3cm) and weighs 8.2 grams
A fab way to connect you to early 20th century fashion, an elegant period touch to a jacket lapel, it looks great attached to a chain for wear as a pendant too.
