This fabulous antique English sterling silver and rose gold watch fob is decorated with image of an old school football player and is very collectible.
A quality piece it still has its original heavy duty jump ring on the top that is stamped with the British lion passant for sterling. The fob hallmarks themselves are quite worn so we can't make out the assay city and date letter but we can confidently estimate that it hails from the 1920s.
This fob would have originally been worn attached to a gents pocket watch chain but it's now a unique pendant you can adore and wear daily, a perfect antique jewellery gift for the soccer fan in your life! Please note the chain is not included.

HALLMARKS: hallmarks worn and it is stamped with maker's mark 'WA' for William Adams

CONDITION: in good antique condition showing surface wear commensurate with age, some of the rose gold overlay has worn in the high points showing the silver underneath. Please see the photos.
