A striking very large antique Victorian sterling silver locket. Lovely quality in heavy gauge silver the locket has a bright mirror polished finish with a floral engraved plaque on the front. It is a large size and it is pillowed (puffy) so there is plenty of room inside for treasured keepsakes and large photos.
The locket has a generous teardrop shaped puffy bale and it opens from the side to reveal 2 large photo stations along with the original silver picture rings. The locket opens easily, closes with a satisfying snap and the hinge is solid with no slippage. If you have been looking for 'queenly' Victorian statement locket this one may be for you.
