Crafted on the oval the bracelet is decorated on the front with a dimensional belt and buckle motif beautifully engraved in an ivy pattern with the back left silky smooth. The bracelet has rolled edges to the top and bottom for added strength and durability. It has a hinge on one side and a hidden shovel clasp on the other.
The charming buckle motif is a recurring theme in Victorian jewelry and was thought to render safety, security and protection. Ivy a clinging vine signifies fidelity, eternity and affectionate attachment.
