A beautiful and very delicate vintage natural coral bead necklace with a 14ct rolled gold (gold filled) classic fish hook style clasp.
The necklace consists of 111 beads that are around 3.8mm in diameter with a slightly larger 5.2mm bead creating a subtle focal point in the centre. The necklace is beautiful quality and in excellent condition. The tiny natural beads untreated and are a peachy blush pink colour with a lovely gleaming finish. They are strung onto pale pink natural pink silk cord with the ends finished in gold French wire.
The necklace measures 17-1/2"/44.5cm end to end and when fastened it measures a tad over 16"/41cm around.
A charming coral necklace in a very dainty and feminine size, coral necklaces have been worn as an amulet against danger for time immemorial!
