A super cute and glamorous 1950s silver plated French poodle pendant and sterling chain. This is a full size pendant and not charm sized.
It is repousse so it is hollow and has been stamped or hammered out in bubbles to give this proud pooch his or her distinctive coat. The poodle is oxidised which causes the metal to darken and leaves black shadows in the in the recesses giving lots of dimension and a fabulous antiqued effect.
Styled with a sturdy Italian sterling silver trace chain that is also oxidised this necklace makes for a fabulous vintage French piece, perfect for the dog lover or Francophile and fashionably on trend jewellery wise!

CONDITION: in very, very good vintage condition with only the bare minimum of surface wear to the heavy silver plating on the pendant. The sterling chain is in new, unworn condition. Please see the photos.
