SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free or you can choose to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. We do offer an expedited express shipping service, contact us for a price quote.
Expected delivery times are:
UK: 1-3 days (Royal Mail)
International: 5-15 days (Royal Mail)

RETURNS
* To start a return contact us within 3 days of delivery and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of it arriving to qualify for a refund.
* Returned items must be in their original unaltered condition, they must have all original packaging, and be sent back to us with tracking & insurance.
* Our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* As the buyer you are responsible for return shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Items must be returned in the original packaging with the UK customs form still attached. To avoid delays and unnecessary import charges use the correct declaration on your country's customs form. Declare your package as "Returned Goods" (do not check/tick the Merchandise, Sale of Goods or any other box). Any import costs incurred by Mercy Madge due to errors in labelling will be deducted from the refund owed. If you need additional guidance with your return please get in touch, we are more than happy to help.

REFUNDS - You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
