The pin is crafted in an elegant knife edged bar shape with the beetle taking center stage set into an oval collet and secured with solid V-shaped claws. Wonderful detailing in the beetle, the wings have a textured nubby surface in a deep emerald green with iridescent sparkles of dark red and gold. A gold safety chain suspends from the bottom of the pin adding to the decorative charm and a heavy gauge pin back and C-clasp complete this elegant and fairly substantial piece.
