Hailing from the Art Deco era the watch chain has solid silver curb links and a nice long drop with a very attractive silver fob attached. The fob is a medal and it is engraved "Frère Cup 1929-1930 J. Payne". This pocket watch chain is a respectable weight at over 38 grams and it benefits from a generously sized dog-clip and T-bar.

MEASUREMENTS: Measured from the end of the fob to the end of the clip 18" (47cm). Measured from the clip to the T-bar (drape length) 15" (38cm). The fob drop length is 3-1/2" (9cm). Dog-clip 25x8mm, T-bar 39mm, curb links 8mm x 6mm and 1.8mm thick.
HALLMARKS: stamped 'lion passant' for sterling throughout, T-bar & dog-clip stamped 'SS' for sterling silver, fob stamped 'lion passant', 'anchor' for Birmingham, date letter 'E' for 1929 and makers mark 'R.P'
