A wonderful antique Victorian sterling silver book chain necklace versatile enough to attach a wide variety of pendants and lockets.
The links are elliptical with a central row of high polished links flanked by rows of textured links in an embossed line and dot pattern. The necklace terminates with a large spring loaded bolt ring that has a little nub on the side to anchor the ring in the perfect position on the chain.
Subtle, yet far from plain, this beautiful Victorian necklace is not too wide but has enough presence for wear on its own as a signature piece and is equally at home layered with other necklaces in your neck mess. Tons of versatility and lovely quality! Please note the locket shown is not included and has now sold.
