This fabulous 1950s brooch and earring set is by Kramer of New York, a mid century designer of quality costume jewellery.
We love the tailored elegance of this set that is designed in a sleek modernist paisley pattern. Both the brooch and earrings are crafted in good quality thick gold plated metal set with sparkling clear crystal rhinestones.
The set is in very good condition and looks to have rarely been worn. There are no missing or dull stones or wear to the gold plating. The brooch has a roll over safety clasp that is in perfect working order and the earring clips are nice and tight.
The brooch measures 2-1/4" tall by 1-1/4" wide (5.5x3cm) and the earrings are 1-3/8" high, 5/8" wide (3.5x2.2cm). Total weight is 35 grams. All pieces are stamped "Kramer" on the back.
