A beautiful vintage 9ct yellow gold pendant boasting a simply gorgeous oval cut glowing amethyst gemstone of 19.50 carats.
The sparkling amethyst is a rich deep purple and beautifully cut with fancy-cut facets on the table top and the pavillion underneath. It is mounted in an elegant Art Nouveau style stepped setting with an elegant scalloped outline. The scalloped gold frame is softly textured in a peach skin effect that provides a lovely contrast to the mirror polished deep bezel.
The pendant can be purchased with the new dainty 9ct gold 16" fine curb chain shown on the photos if desired, or you can purchase the pendant alone if you prefer. The chain is stamped '375' for 9ct gold. If you want to use your own chain the pendant has a generously sized 5.5mm 9ct gold jump ring at the top.

CONDITION: in very, very good condition with light surface wear to the gold as expected in a vintage piece. The amethyst is securely set showing only the natural inclusions you hope to see in a natural gemstone.
