A beautiful pair of vintage 1940s American made sterling silver and white crystal cluster earrings hailing from the WW2 era
Super quality the flower shaped faces of the earrings are set in a mound of sparkling glass crystals framed in delicate silver filigree. The earrings are rhodium plated, a brilliant white high quality finish which prevents silver from tarnishing and they have screw back fasteners that are in perfect working order.
The face of the earrings measure 1" (2cm) in diameter and they weigh 4.3 grams in total. They are marked 'STAR-ART' & 'STERLING' on the back of the screws. Star-Art were an American jewellery company based in New York.
In lovely antique condition, with minimal light wear and light signs of use as to be expected. The crystals look a little yellow in the photos which is reflected light, the stones are a pure brilliant white.
