A lovely antique 9ct gold lady's pocket watch fob pendant that is a spinner set with a bloodstone on one side and a carnelian on the other. A classic piece of jewellery that is timeless it suspends from a 9ct gold dog-clip so can be attached to a bracelet or wide variety of necklace chains.
The pendant is hallmarked for Chester 1925 which is always nice to see. Chester assay office closed in 1962 so gold hallmarked there is particularly desirable and very collectible. The dog-clip isn't hallmarked and we have acid tested it to verify it is solid 9ct gold.
The carnelian is a lovely rich orange shade and the bloodstone is liberally spattered in red. The fob is in lovely condition, with light surface wear and faint surface scratches in keeping with age and use, please see the photos. It does have a missing gold bead on one side of the bracket and we have priced with this little flaw in mind. If it bothers you a jeweller can add a new bead at minimal cost but we rather like this charming little quirk and it isn't particularly noticeable.

HALLMARKS: stamped '9-375', 3 'shield & wheatsheaves' for Chester, date letter curly 'Z' for 1925 and makers mark 'W J&P' on the fob and '9-375' on the jump ring
