This lovely all original antique 9ct gold lavaliere pendant necklace dates to the early 1900s so a transitional piece, late Victorian into early Edwardian.
Very much in the emerging Art Nouveau style of the period with its lightness and delicacy of design the pendant is fashioned in a concentric circular design with natural seed pearls and rose amethysts that are set into bezel cups and accented in milgrain gold beading around the tops. A flower motif drop and a fine gold trace chain completes this lovely delicate necklace that is iconic of the era and ready to wear right out of the box!
