Once worn on a chatelaine or pocket watch chain this rare Victorian sterling silver miniature margin ruler is now a unique antique pendant that you can wear and adore!
Decorated in blue enamel lines of measurement this charming miniature ruler would have been used to measure 1" margins when writing letters and it served double duty as a propelling pencil although the nozzle that holds the pencil lead is absent so sadly you can't use it to write with.
The ruler is semicircular in shape with a hinged stirrup style bale at the top that has a heavy duty jump ring so it will happily attach to your favourite necklace chain, wonderful for layering with necklaces or wearing alone as a fun signature piece.
