You would be forgiven for thinking this striking 9ct yellow gold & turquoise kite ring hails from the Victorian era but with good clear hallmarks for London, 1979 she is a beautiful revival piece. Neoclassical in design the ring features 4 vivid duck-egg blue oval shaped turquoise cabochons set north to south and east to west. The lovely gemstones are set into crowned bezel cups around an openwork centre accented in gold bead work. To add to the ornate old world decoration the V-shaped shoulders are engraved in a pretty leaf design.
