This gorgeous vintage 1960s solid silver love heart locket is generously sized and nice and puffy. It is obliquely engraved on the front in beautiful fern flourishes and on the back there are gently worn remnants of a personalised engraved message "B.G to J.D"
Edwardian in style this is a good quality classic English locket and it suspends from a vintage heavy duty silver cable link chain. It opens from the side to reveal 2 stations for precious photos along with the picture frames and lavender coloured satin fabric liners.
This locket is in very good condition, there is light surface wear, tiny dings and a little tarnish inside as you would expect of any used vintage 80 year old locket that has been worn and loved. It closes tightly with a solid click and the chain is flaw free with the catch in perfect order. Please see the photos, the locket is very reflective so please forgive distorted areas that camera reflections .
