A beautiful vintage sterling silver pendant necklace in the iconic 'Glasgow Rose" design by Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Mackintosh, a hugely influential architect, artist and designer was born in 1868 in Glasgow and his beautiful Art Nouveau designs drew inspiration from his Scottish heritage.
This is a small pendant crafted in a geometric column design with an open-work rose and cube motifs, a triangular bale adds to the classic Art Nouveau styling and the pendant suspends from a fine sterling silver curb chain.
Lovely quality and in excellent condition this gorgeous silver necklace will add a subtle and elegant finishing touch to any outfit, it is perfect for adding a touch of class to your layering and will make a fabulous Scottish gift.
