This stunning 1910s to 1920's period pendant is a transitional piece hailing from the Edwardian to Art Deco era. It is exquisitely crafted in bright white 18ct gold and in the centre sparkles a beautiful natural earth-mined diamond that is near colourless and full of fire. Finely constructed in an iconic geometric design it has an architectural outline with a gently pillowed profile and features fine milgrain detailing, open-work and faceting that gives her a light open appearance and an incredible sparkle. Undeniably chic, she just oozes the period!
The pendant is hallmarked '750' for 18ct gold along with an Italian makers mark and it has a built in slide type bale. It suspends from a fine 9ct white gold chain with square box links that add to the lovely overall sparkle. The chain is hallmarked '375' & '9KT' and, although possibly a later replacement, it is a perfectly in keeping with both the style and character of the pendant
A stunning and feminine Art Deco pendant necklace, eye-catching and elegant she would make a lavish gift for someone special, fabulous for the wedding bride, heirloom worthy!
