Shipping, Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING
Worldwide standard shipping is free and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours. An express shipping upgrade is available during checkout should you require that option.
Expected delivery times for standard shipping are:
UK: 1-3 days (Royal Mail)
International: 5-15 days (Royal Mail)

RETURNS
* We must be informed of the intent to return within 3 days of delivery and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of it arriving to qualify for a refund.
* Returned items must be in their original unaltered condition, they must have all original packaging, and be sent back to us with tracking & insurance.
* Our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* As the buyer you are responsible for return shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
*Items must be returned in the original packaging with the UK customs form visible. To avoid delays and unnecessary import charges use the correct declaration on your local customs form. Declare your package as "returned goods" do not check/tick the "merchandise" or "sale of goods" box. Any import costs incurred by Mercy Madge due to errors in labelling will be deducted from the refund owed. If you need additional guidance with your return please get in touch, we are more than happy to help.

REFUNDS - You will be be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
