Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mercy Madge piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must notify us of your intent to return within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

As we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, please note that our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This amount will be confirmed at the time of your return request.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.

Rings that have been resized or altered to your specifications are made to order and cannot be returned. As a bespoke customisation carried out only with your prior agreement, this falls outside the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. This is in addition to our standard 7-day return window.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mercymadge.com within this 14-day period. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. You may notify us by any clear written statement, including by email.

Your item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation.

Please note: bespoke customisations such as ring resizing are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. EU & EEA customers will receive their refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in accordance with statutory requirements. For all other customers, we aim to process refunds within 48 hours of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we issued your refund, please contact us at info@mercymadge.com.
