Widerrufsrecht
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Rings that have been resized or altered to your specifications are made to order and cannot be returned. As a bespoke customisation, this work is carried out only with your prior agreement and falls outside the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refund Policy
General Returns (UK & International)
We want you to love your Mercy Madge piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mercymadge.com within this period. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accompanying documentation.
As we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, please note that our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This amount will be confirmed at the time of your return request.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@mercymadge.com within this 14-day period. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation.
We recommend seeking independent legal advice regarding whether the right of withdrawal applies to specific antique or vintage items under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
