A charming antique Victorian sweetheart brooch hallmarked for 1892 that would work equally well as a tie, cravat or stock pin.
Crafted in sterling silver the brooch is decorated in pansy and ivy motifs in red and green gold with silver beads at the top and bottom. The pansy says "think of me" and the clinging ivy represents everlasting love. A sweet piece of antique jewellery and a classic love token, a lovely silver accent accessory good for the gents or the ladies!

HALLMARKS: stamped 'lion passant' for sterling, 'anchor' for Birmingham, date letter gothic 'S' for 1892. Also stamped with a worn makers mark that we are unable to read
