A beautifully detailed and generously sized Victorian sterling silver locket brooch hailing from the Aesthetic era circa 1890. Oval in shape it is intricately decorated in beautiful engraved flowers framed by tiny millegrain beads and rhombus shaped accents with the outer edge bordered in larger silver beads.
The brooch has a removable locket compartment in the reverse with a black silk liner and clear acetate cover to accommodate a photo if desired. A sturdy pin back with a C-clasp completes this classic bit of Victorian kit.
