A simply gorgeous vintage 1950s 9ct gold floral motif ring set with 1.40ct Australian black opal. The opal triplet is a beauty with an electric play of colour in vivid shades of blue and green and red sparks of fire.
The opal is mounted in a rub over bezel setting framed by flower petals and twisted gold wire. Split shoulders add to the beautiful decoration and bestow a feminine neoclassical style to the ring.
This ring is in very good vintage condition with just light surface wear to the gold in keeping with age. The opal is perfect and full of vibrancy. An absolute beauty all around!
