A heavy and imposing antique Victorian sterling silver Albert watch chain with a statement sized 9ct gold and silver fob hallmarked in 1896. Weighing in at over 72 grams the chain features thick solid silver curb links that are stamped throughout in the British lion passant for sterling - always a sign of a quality chain.
The silver fob is a large size and very decorative fashioned as a laurel wreath with pierce work and ornate engraving. There are 2 overlaid 9ct rose gold shield cartouches (a different one on each side), both are vacant so you could choose to have one or both of them engraved in a monogram for a personal touch.
