This gorgeous Edwardian inspired vintage sterling silver locket is remarkably heavy and suspends from a thick sterling silver rope chain that's a chic 22"/56cm long and likely original to the piece.
Hailing from the 1980's the locket is a large chubby oval shape and the front features a raised panel down the centre embossed in a beautiful art nouveau floral design with roses & nasturtiums. The locket is topped with a heavy duty closed silver jump ring in an oval shape. The reverse houses a sturdy round locket compartment to safely store your photos and other precious keepsakes.
Both the locket and chain are in excellent vintage condition with age appropriate surface wear and no noted flaws. Note any dark spots or yellowing in the photos are reflections. The locket closes securely and the chain fastens with classic bolt ring that works perfectly.
