ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Items must be returned in original packaging, simply tape the package back up. It is important to ensure that at least some of the originating UK shipping label and/or CN customs label remains visible on the package.
Send your package back via your local post office, first class with tracking is fine. It is very important to mark the package and your country's customs form "RETURNED GOODS". because returned goods don't incur import duty and tax in the UK.
Please DO NOT use Fedex, UPS, or any other commercial carrier without our express written authority.
Failure to correctly follow our return procedure can result in the HMRC (Her Majesty's Customs & Revenue) department imposing import duty and tax in error. Should this occur such charges will become the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount until such times as a reversal is granted by HMRC.
