An adorable antique Edwardian c1905 brass and enamel miniature English souvenir book charm pendant that opens to reveal pictures of Oxford. It features beautiful blue enamelling on the front with the back engraved in acanthus leaves.
There are 6 tiny black and white photos inside of landmarks such as Magdalen College, St. Mary's Church, the High Street and Martyrs Cross. The book measures 3/4"/2cm high by 5/8"/1.6cm with a secure clasp on the side. It is in very good condition with light age appropriate patina and no enamel loss. The photos have faded a little as you might expect. Note any dark spots are reflections.
