Hallmarked for Chester 1906 this charming Edwardian silver bar brooch is decorated with a swallow, ring motif and cupids arrows.
Often worn by brides these adorable little "sweetheart" pins are steeped in symbolism, the swallow that mates for life, signifies the home and hearth and it represents eternity, loyalty and fidelity.
A lovely antique sentimental jewel that would make a wonderful and lasting gift, elegant for wear on the tie, riding stock or cravat it would be fabulous for the wedding groom!
