Bearing full hallmarks for Chester 1892 this large sized solid gold fob is incredibly ornate and once graced a Victorian gent's gold watch chain but she's now a unique statement pendant you can adore.
Crafted in warm old rose gold it's always a treat to see Chester hallmarks, the assay office closed in 1962 resulting in these historical hallmarks becoming very collectible.
The fob features a beautiful cut out border in a fleur-de-lis design with an applied shield in the centre engraved in the monogram of the original owner. The reverse is engraved "SRC 1893" so it is likely the fob was presented as an achievement award.
The top still retains it's 9ct gold hallmarked jump ring which is a large size and heavy duty so this impressive Victorian pendant fob is ready to pair with a substantial gold chain that will match her incredible character.

MEASUREMENTS: 1-3/4" high (4.5cm) measured with the bale, 1-1/8" (3cm) wide, jump ring 9.15mm diameter, 1.75mm thick
