This gorgeous antique Victorian bright buttery 9ct gold ring is a true statement size and set with an exquisite 11-1/2 carat natural amethyst. The amethyst, known as the gemstone of devotion, has a beautiful purple-lilac hue and beautifully cut into chubby faceted oval.
The stunning gemstone is surrounded by a halo of 25 natural pearls in nipped settings. Quality through and through the back of the ring is semi-enclosed in heavy gauge gold and stepped so the ring elevates from the finger and looks beautiful from every angle.
Elegant split shoulders with ribbed lines and a classic D-shaped band finish this superb Victorian statement ring. With her marvelous finger coverage she will make a glorious addition to any antique jewellery collection.
