A super quality antique sterling silver mourning cross pendant in an exquisite openwork design with ornate detailing accented in black enamel. The centre of the cross is set in a juicy red Bohemian garnet with each axis decorated in a Forget-Me-Not flower motif set with sparkling marcasite.
Statement size this beautiful remembrance cross dates from the Victorian to early Edwardian era and it suspends from a long sterling silver trace chain that has plenty of age to it too. Steeped in sentiment, a truly lovely and distinctive devotional piece!

CONDITION: in very, very good antique condition showing expected signs of age, minor surface wear and patina with no flaws noted. Note any dark spots are reflections.
