This very cool silver pendant features an old Canadian quarter that has had its Caribou image cut-out by hand using a very high level of piercing work skill. The coin part tests to at least 800 silver so it likely dates to around 1940 when these coins had a high silver content.
The pendant has a heavy duty sterling silver bale that is fan shaped and slopes backwards so it sits perfectly when worn, we have added a new Italian sterling silver belcher chain that looks great with the pendant.
Wonderful piece that is ready to wear right out of the box, it would make a unique gift for anyone who loves the great outdoors, Canada or Reindeers!
