Attributed to Charles Horner of Halifax this absolutely adorable Art Deco era Scottie dog lapel pin is in fantastic condition, especially given age! Featuring a vibrant turquoise-blue Scottie dog made from celluloid (an early type of plastic) which, dangles from a sterling silver bar fitting this piece would have been the height of fashion in the 1920's.
