A beautiful and finely hand wrought antique Arts & Crafts silver and carnelian ring dating to around 1910.

The ring showcases a gorgeous deep orange oval carnelian mounted into one of the prettiest silver settings we have ever seen. It has a delicate split shank at the sides that are embellished in hand tooled silver leaves, bows and bunches of grapes and a slender band at the back. The ring has an elegant low profile from the side and it has great coverage on the finger reaching to the knuckle. It also has a delicacy and fineness about it which you don't see that often in period Arts and Crafts rings that can sometimes tend towards the bulky and masculine.

An absolute beauty of a ring, a statement in Edwardian grace and femininity and a must have for your antique arts and crafts jewellery collection.
