Hallmarks for 1966 authenticate this incredibly glamorous vintage cocktail ring that boasts a huge rectangular pastel yellow Citrine of at least 28 carats!
Retro styling on a grandiose scale the ring is crafted in thick buttery 9ct yellow gold with the emerald cut Citrine a wide rectangular shape that completely covers the front of the finger from side to side and stretches from knuckle to knuckle in length. The impressive gemstone is tightly hugged in 4 substantial curved claws with thick scroll elements decorating the under gallery and accenting the shoulders.
The Citrine is a sophisticated pale lemon colour with mystical light grey/blue undertones, it is crystal clear with tiny feathery inclusions deep within adding to its unique decorative appeal. It has been tested using a Presidium Gemstone Tester and the ring band is even stamped "Real Stone", just in case you were under any illusions that this monumental Scottish gemstone is genuine!
