A superb quality pair of vintage sterling silver Art Nouveau style pendant earrings. Crafted in heavy gauge silver in a fan shaped whiplash tendril design they are reminiscent of the work of Archibald Knox for Liberty of London.
The earrings have gorgeous movement when worn and swing in all directions. The hooks are attached to the pendant drops with connecting rings that are soldered closed, another sign of quality. We estimate them to date to around 1970-1980 and they are 2-3/4"/6.8cm long and 1-1/4"/3cm wide at the bottom. They weigh 6.9 grams in total and are stamped '925' on the drops and hooks.
In excellent vintage condition with minimal light wear. The silver is a beautiful bright white and has likely been rhodium plated so they will resist tarnish. Note any dark spots are reflections.
