Super quality antique English 9ct gold spinning seal fob hallmarked for 1899. The fob features a round bloodstone panel on one side and a carnelian panel on the other. The green bloodstone is well flecked with red throughout with the carnelian a deep rich shade of copper, difficult to pick up the wonderful coloring with the camera.
The top of the fob is adorned with a lovely decorative curb chain and a gold jump ring completes the piece. It would have originally been worn to decorate a gentleman's watch chain, but would equally make for a very attractive antique pendant. Gorgeous piece, an absolute classic!
