A beautiful antique Victorian hand-carved Lapis gemstone heart pendant set into a 15ct yellow gold traditional 'spectacle' style setting.
The opaque natural stone is a deeply saturated violet blue and carved into a perfectly plump heart shape with a gently pillowed profile. The discreet gold wire setting keeps all the attention focused firmly on this lovely specimen with the pendant finished in an oval shaped fine gold jump ring that is safely soldered closed.
Since the earliest of times, lapis lazuli has been associated with royalty, strength and courage, this striking Victorian love heart pendant will make quite the statement paired with an elegant gold chain to match her character.
