This vintage bronze Kalevala Koru "Nukkekääty" or "Doll Chain" necklace is an extraordinary and highly collectible piece of Finnish history.
Designed in 1947 by Kirsti Ilvessalo, the necklace showcases intricate craftsmanship and bold design. The central section is articulated so the dolls have fabulous movement and the necklace lays perfectly. It is finished in a fairly heavy gauge chain with a ring and toggle closure.
Steeped in Scandinavian style and culture this necklace is hard to find, it's a must-have for collectors!
