Hallmarked for 1964, a beautifully crafted and heavy vintage sterling silver curb chain bracelet with a heart padlock clasp.
The thick links on this bracelet are solid, not hollow, it has soldered end rings and a generously sized love heart padlock complete with a real keyhole. No key is required to open the padlock clasp, the hasp simply pushes in at the nub to open it and it swings back and locks closed with a solid click.
An absolute classic, this "sweetheart" bracelet will never go out of style and you will want to wear her forever! During the sentimental Victorian era heart padlock bracelets were given to a lady love and they became a popular and enduring engagement gift.

CONDITION: in overall excellent vintage condition with light signs of wear in keeping with age. The heart padlock clasp is in perfect working order and closes with a solid snap. The bracelet has been professionally cleaned and polished so it's ready to wear or to give as a gift.
