This gorgeous sinuous and sleek vintage sterling silver Tank bracelet is perfectly engineered and drapes divinely around the wrist.
A super quality piece and tactile it features articulated links both in a curved anchor chain design and then elegant ribbed links which are slightly narrower. A slide box hidden clasp is concealed giving the bracelet a continuous appearance and it also benefits from a flip-over safety catch.
Tank bracelets (so called because the articulated links resemble tank tracks) became madly fashionable in the 1920's onwards. Widely known as "panther link" bracelets because they resembled the Cartier Panthere metal watch straps of the Art Deco era, they are an elegant classic and eminently wearable today.
