Bearing English hallmarks for 1974 this beautiful vintage sterling silver locket is engraved on the front in an ornate Victorian design. A fern flourish and forget-me-not flowers are framed in zig-zag borders while a pretty twisted silver ribbon embellishes the outer edge. A reeded fan-shaped bale adds to the delightful decoration.
Solidly constructed the back of the locket has a frosted finish adding an extra sparkle, it opens from the side to reveal 2 generous stations for your precious photos along with a felted paper and satin liner. The picture frames are fixed so photos simply tuck underneath to hold them in place.
